November 1st is All Saints Day. This celebration has a long history in the worship life of the Christian Church. It began as a commemoration of the martyrs who had died for the faith, and it has since become a day when we honor and remember those who have gone on before us, as well as the faithful saints of the present who serve Jesus Christ. As a part of this worship service we will honor those newly baptized this year as well as those in our congregation who have passed away.
There will be a brief All Saints prayer to remember the departed at 4pm held outside at St. Michael's. Please come wearing a face mask. If you desire to sit during this service, please plan to bring a lawn chair.
