Thursday Morning Bible Study
Bible Study runs from September-May (taking time off during the summer)
Thursdays, 9:30-10:30 a.m.
The class meets in the Courtyard Room or Classrooom 1 @ St. Michael's
Join with others from the congregation and community as we explore Scriptural texts for the coming Sunday, themes throughout the Bible, and ways texts intersect with our daily lives and experiences. Most weeks the class focuses on the lectionary texts for the upcoming Sunday. On occasion we will delve into particular books of the Bible, a theme or narrative found in scripture, or highlight the works of various scholars as they think about the texts.
As the size of the group continues to grow, we will meet in the courtyard room. The class runs from 9:30-10:30 a.m. (note: sometimes we go 5-10 minutes over!).
