Director of Children's and Youth Music
Part-Time

Position Summary
St. Michael’s Lutheran Church is seeking a creative and vibrant leader to provide vision, leadership, and coordination for all music-related ministries serving children and youth. This role nurtures spiritual growth, musical development, and joyful participation in our faith community through age-appropriate music experiences. The Director collaborates closely with other church music staff, program staff, volunteers, and families to cultivate a welcoming and engaging music ministry. The individual in this role will be good humored, have a passion for working with young people, have a strong understanding and appreciation for church music, experience leading vocal and bell choirs along with other creative music expressions, and proven success in adaptive leadership to build up the children, youth music ministry program.
