Annual Meeting Information​

Following the 11:00 am Worship Service

The Annual Meeting of the congregation will take place on Sunday,  January 28th after the 11:00 am worship service.  A light lunch will be provided, and there will be childcare available. 

Items on the agenda for this year's meeting include:​

• Voting on the revised Constitution and Bylaws. The Constitution Committee has been working for over a year and half to update St. Michael's Constitution to reflect the Model Constitution of the ELCA and to update the Bylaws to reflect the ministry and work of the congregation.
• Voting on the budget for the 2018 calendar year.
• Receiving updates from the Strategic Planning team and Council.
• Receiving the 2017 Program Report, Financial Report, and Membership Report.
• Electing members to serve on Church Council and voting members for the Saint Paul Area Synod Assembly.
