CYF In-person & Outdoor Ministry Registration

Parents and guardians can quickly sign-up child(ren) or themselves for most events by filling out the form below.

If you did not register with St. Michael's for the 2020-2021 Program Year you will need to have a completed Release and Contact Information Form prior to arriving to the event, or by emailing Jon (Director of Children, Youth, and Family Ministries).
