6th - 8th Grade Fellowship
Welcome to St. Michael’s 6th-8th Grade Ministry!
St. Michael’s offers a variety of opportunities for youth to have fun and grow in faith. Sunday School is offered during the Education Hour from 10:00 - 10:50 am on Sundays from mid-September to mid-May.
Events such as overnight retreats, service projects, and bonfires are held in a safe environment for youth to gather together, meet new people, and engage with adult leaders. These events are great opportunities to invite friends! Financial scholarships for events are available.

WET & WILDERNESS Camp Program is for those who have completed 6th-8th grades. Get your feet wet in the wilderness of Minnesota as we canoe down the Crow Wing River! Joining with two other outdoor ministries, we'll start at Camp Emmaus near Menagha with Low and High Ropes! Then we'll head out for three fun-filled days on the river canoeing, cooking and camping! We'll head back to Luther Crest on Thursday morning where we'll engage in some water sports like wake surfing, tubing and swimming. That evening we'll watch the Summer Musical and head home on Friday after closing worship. WITNESSES Camp Program is for those who have completed 6th-9th grades and aren't interested in canoeing for three days. Be a witness to god's great love this summer! Make memories with this classic camp experience as you worship with friends, zip line off the Tree Tops Challenge Course, swim in Lake Carlos, study the Bible, sing songs, do arts & crafts, cook outside and grow in faith! Together we will witness God's love through creation and community.

St. Mike's Summer Mondays
The Youth and Education Committees crafted a new inter-generational experience launching this summer. St Mike's Summer Mondays' purpose is to create intentional opportunities and interactions for children, youth and adults at St. Michael's to get to know each other and build relationships through camp-like activities and shared experiences.
In lieu of Day Camp / V.B.S. this year, families with and without children can register as a family for $10 for whole the summer. Registration for St. Mike's Summer Mondays starts in April and includes dinner. Each individual, couple or family will be placed into inter-generational groups who stay together all summer to gather (games and activities), nurture (story, worship and meal), and send (takeaways to do as a family).
St. Mike's Summer Mondays meets 5:30-6:55 p.m. outdoors on the east side of the church (Fellowship Hall if it's raining). This summer's theme is "Let us love..." based on 1 John 4:7-8. SAVE THE DATES:
